Buying a car is a stressful endeavor and that is why I highly recommend going to Team Mazda Subaru. They are not only patient and honest, but willing to go the "extra mile" for customer satisfaction. For example, I recently received a great deal on a 2001 Mazda Tribute--a deal that was in fact, so good, that I did not notice the CD player was malfunctioning until two weeks later. Well, needless to say, I was a bit nervous to call the dealership with a complaint. However, when I called Steve and told him about the problem, he didn't hesitate to set up an appointment with the shop in order to diagnose the issue. Within 24 hours I was driving home with a brand new CD player free of charge. Bottom Line: Go to Team Mazda Subaru if you want to be treated as a person rather than a price.They know the meaning of customer satisfaction.
